Change my password
You can change your password at any time.
Option 1: Change your password from inside your account.
- When signed in to your account, click on your name at the top of the screen, and then on Profile > Password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click the Save New Password button.
Option 2: Change your password from outside your account.
If you're in a hurry to get into your course and don't have time to re-set your password right now, click here to send yourself a link that will instantly and securely sign you in without needing to remember your password. Alternatively, you can go to https://app.ruzuku.com and click the Having trouble? link.
You'll then see a screen where you can enter your email address, and we'll send you an email with a link to bring you right to your account without having to remember your password. 
The email we send you will be titled "one-click sign in for Ruzuku". Be sure to check your email filters and spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox within just a few minutes. 
You'll be brought to your account without having to sign in. At that point, you'll be given the option to change your password from inside your account. See Option 1, above.
Still can't find a way to change your password? Send us an email ( [email protected]) and let us know you're having an issue signing in to your account. During normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern), we'll figure out what's causing the problem within a few hours (or less) and send you the information you need to be able to sign in.
